Pre-Service Preparation

• Inspect property for any hazards (broken glass, sharp objects, etc.)
• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (mops, brooms, vacuums, etc.)
• Set up a communication plan with property owner/manager for any issues discovered during cleaning

During Service

• Dust all surfaces, including windowsills, baseboards, and ceiling fans
• Clean all floors (vacuum carpets, mop hard surfaces)
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens (sinks, toilets, countertops, appliances)

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a thorough walk-through to ensure all areas are cleaned to standard
• Check for any missed spots or areas that may require additional attention
• Document the condition of the property with before and after photos

• Ensure compliance with local disposal regulations for hazardous materials
• Verify if any permits are required for cleaning services in the area
• Follow local health and safety guidelines for cleaning vacant properties
