Pre-Service Preparation

• Inspect the property for any hazards (broken glass, exposed wiring, etc.)
• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.)
• Create a detailed cleaning plan based on the size and condition of the property

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including windowsills, baseboards, and light fixtures
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Vacuum or mop all floors, ensuring corners and under appliances are addressed

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walkthrough to ensure all areas have been cleaned to standard
• Check for any remaining debris or trash that needs to be removed
• Verify that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and removed from the property

Local Requirements

• Obtain necessary permits or approvals for cleaning work in the area
• Follow local regulations regarding waste disposal and environmental impact
• Ensure compliance with any specific health and safety guidelines relevant to vacant properties
