Pre-Service Preparation

• Inspect the Property: Conduct a thorough walkthrough to identify areas that need special attention.
• Gather Cleaning Supplies: Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are ready, including vacuums, mops, brooms, cleaners, and disinfectants.
• Secure the Property: Make sure all doors and windows are locked and that utilities (water, electricity) are functioning for cleaning.

During Service

• Remove Debris: Clear out any trash or debris from inside and outside the property.
• Dust All Surfaces: Dust surfaces including shelves, baseboards, windowsills, and light fixtures.
• Deep Clean Bathrooms and Kitchens: Scrub sinks, toilets, tubs, and all kitchen surfaces, including countertops and appliances.

Post-Service Verification

• Final Walkthrough: Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas are cleaned to satisfaction.
• Check for Damage: Look for any signs of damage or areas needing repairs that may have been uncovered during cleaning.
• Document Condition: Take before and after photos of key areas for records and client communication.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations.
• Verify any necessary permits for cleaning vacant properties.
• Check guidelines for hazardous materials, if applicable, such as mold or asbestos handling.
