Pre-Service Preparation

• Inspect the property for any hazards (broken glass, mold, etc.)
• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mops, cleaning agents, etc.)
• Confirm access to the property (keys, codes, etc.)

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces (shelves, windowsills, baseboards, etc.)
• Clean all floors (sweep, mop, vacuum as appropriate)
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens (toilets, sinks, countertops, appliances)

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walk-through to ensure all areas have been cleaned
• Check for any missed spots or areas needing additional attention
• Remove any cleaning equipment and trash from the property

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations
• Verify if a cleaning permit is required in your area
• Adhere to any specific health and safety guidelines set by local authorities
