Pre-Service Preparation

• Confirm the date and time of the cleanout service with the client.
• Assess the property for any hazardous materials that need special handling (e.g., chemicals, electronics).
• Prepare necessary equipment and supplies, such as gloves, masks, trash bags, and cleaning tools.

During Service

• Conduct a walkthrough of the property with the client to identify specific areas of concern and items to be removed.
• Sort items into categories: keep, donate, recycle, and dispose.
• Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and follow local regulations for disposal.

Post-Service Verification

• Review the cleanout area with the client to ensure all requested items have been removed as agreed.
• Clean and sanitize any remaining surfaces as necessary.
• Provide the client with a summary of services performed and any recommendations for further action (e.g., repairs, additional cleaning).

Local Requirements

• Check local ordinances regarding disposal of specific items (e.g., electronics, hazardous waste).
• Verify any permits needed for large item disposal.
