Pre-Service Preparation

During Service

• Remove all unwanted items from designated areas (basement, garage, attic, etc.).
• Sort items into categories: keep, donate, recycle, and trash.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces as items are removed.

Post-Service Verification

• Perform a final walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction.
• Document any items that were salvaged for donation or recycling.
• Dispose of all trash and unwanted items according to local regulations.

Local Requirements

• Obtain any necessary permits for disposal of large items.
• Adhere to local recycling guidelines for electronics and hazardous materials.
• Follow community regulations regarding trash collection times and accepted items.
