Pre-Service Preparation

• Confirm the property address and access details with the client.
• Assess the property condition (interior and exterior) through photos or a walkthrough.
• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mops, cleaning solutions, etc.).

During Service

• Remove all trash and debris from inside and outside the property.
• Clean all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and appliances.
• Perform deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, including scrubbing tiles and sanitizing fixtures.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a thorough walk-through of the property to ensure all areas are cleaned.
• Take before-and-after photos for documentation and client review.
• Prepare and send a cleaning report to the client detailing services performed.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations.
• Verify any necessary permits for cleaning hazardous materials if applicable.
• Follow local health guidelines related to cleaning and sanitization.
