Pre-Service Preparation

During Service

• Remove all trash and debris from the interior and exterior of the property.
• Clean all surfaces, including floors, windows, walls, and fixtures.
• Address any specific requests from the client, such as deep cleaning carpets or disinfecting bathrooms.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walkthrough of the property to ensure all areas are cleaned to standard.
• Take before-and-after photos to document the condition of the property.
• Prepare a detailed report outlining the work completed and any issues discovered during the cleaning process.

Local Requirements

• Follow local regulations for disposal of hazardous materials, if applicable.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines specific to the area.
• Obtain any necessary permits for large-scale cleaning operations if required by local authorities.
