Pre-Service Preparation

• Inspect the site for any hazardous materials and ensure they are safely stored or removed.
• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including trash bags, brooms, mops, and protective gear.
• Notify all relevant stakeholders (homeowners, contractors, etc.) of the cleanup schedule and any specific requirements.

During Service

• Remove all construction debris, including nails, wood scraps, and packaging materials.
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and fixtures, to remove any residual dust.
• Clean floors thoroughly, using appropriate methods for different floor types (vacuum for carpets, mop for hard surfaces).

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walkthrough of the site with stakeholders to ensure all areas have been cleaned to satisfaction.
• Check for any remaining debris or dirt in corners, under furniture, and in hard-to-reach areas.
• Confirm that all cleaning equipment and supplies have been properly stored and that the site is left in an orderly condition.
