Pre-Service Preparation

• Confirm the date and time of the cleaning appointment with the client.
• Obtain a detailed list of areas to be cleaned and any specific client requests.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are ready and in good working condition.

During Service

• Perform a walkthrough of the property to identify any additional cleaning needs.
• Clean all surfaces (dusting, wiping down counters, etc.) in the living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Vacuum and mop all flooring, ensuring corners and edges are thoroughly cleaned.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure all areas meet their expectations.
• Check off the completed tasks on the checklist provided to the client.
• Gather any feedback from the client regarding the service provided.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations for cleaning services.
• Verify that all cleaning products used are environmentally friendly, if required by local laws.
• Obtain any necessary permits or licenses required for operating a cleaning service in the area.
