Pre-Service Preparation

• Conduct a walk-through of the property to assess cleaning needs and identify any areas requiring special attention.
• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including brooms, mops, vacuums, cleaning solutions, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Notify tenants or occupants of the cleaning schedule to ensure access and minimize disruptions.

During Service

• Dust all surfaces, including shelves, furniture, and baseboards, to remove cobwebs and dirt.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs, and mop hard floor surfaces to ensure a thorough clean.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walk-through to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed and the property is left in pristine condition.
• Check that all cleaning supplies and equipment are removed from the property and properly stored.
• Gather feedback from the property manager or owner regarding the cleaning service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Follow any specific waste disposal guidelines for cleaning materials and chemicals.
