Pre-Service Preparation

• Confirm appointment date and time with the property owner or executor of the estate.
• Assess the property’s condition through photographs or an initial walkthrough.
• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g., gloves, trash bags, cleaning solutions, vacuum, etc.).

During Service

• Clear out all personal belongings from the property, sorting items into keep, donate, and discard categories.
• Clean all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, ensuring a thorough sanitation process.
• Perform specialized cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet cleaning, pest control, or mold remediation.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough with the property owner or executor to ensure all tasks are completed to satisfaction.
• Provide a detailed report of the cleaning process, including before-and-after photographs if applicable.
• Dispose of any remaining waste or items not retained in accordance with local regulations.

Local Requirements

• Adhere to local waste disposal regulations for hazardous materials and bulky items.
• Ensure compliance with any estate sale or auction requirements if items are to be sold.
• Obtain necessary permits if significant renovations or alterations are planned post-cleaning.
