Pre-Service Preparation

• Declutter all rooms to create a more spacious appearance.
• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies (e.g., vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths).
• Ensure any necessary repairs (e.g., leaky faucets, squeaky doors) are scheduled before cleaning.

During Service

• Dust all surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, and window sills.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and inside cabinets.
• Deep clean bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, and tubs, and polishing mirrors.

Post-Service Verification

• Walk through each room to ensure all areas have been cleaned effectively.
• Check that windows are cleaned inside and out for maximum light.
• Confirm that all cleaning supplies have been put away and the property is left tidy.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations for cleaning materials.
• Check if there are any neighborhood guidelines for outdoor appearance (e.g., lawn care, exterior cleaning).
• Verify if there are any specific regulations regarding the presence of pets during showings.
