Pre-Service Preparation

• Gather cleaning supplies (all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, mop, vacuum, etc.)
• Remove all personal belongings and trash from the property.
• Schedule the cleaning service to ensure it aligns with the move-out date.

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures.
• Clean kitchen appliances, including the oven, refrigerator, and microwave, inside and out.
• Scrub bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.

Post-Service Verification

• Check that all surfaces are clean and free of dust and debris.
• Ensure all appliances are clean and functioning properly.
• Confirm no personal items or trash are left behind.

Local Requirements

• Adhere to any local regulations regarding cleaning and waste disposal.
• Ensure compliance with the terms outlined in the lease agreement regarding move-out conditions.
• Confirm any specific cleaning requirements set by the landlord or management company.
