Pre-Service Preparation

• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies (broom, mop, vacuum, cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths, etc.)
• Remove all personal belongings from the premises.
• Schedule the cleaning service time and confirm access to the property.

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including shelves, countertops, and baseboards.
• Clean all windows, including frames and sills.
• Vacuum and mop all floors, paying special attention to corners and under furniture.

Post-Service Verification

• Inspect all rooms to ensure no areas were missed.
• Check appliances (stove, refrigerator, etc.) for cleanliness inside and out.
• Ensure that all trash has been removed and disposed of properly.

• Check for any specific cleaning regulations or requirements in your area.
• Ensure compliance with local disposal guidelines for hazardous waste (e.g., old paint, chemicals).
• Verify if there are any community standards for cleanliness that the property must meet before move-out.
