- Gather Cleaning Supplies: Ensure you have all necessary cleaning products and tools, including all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, mops, brooms, vacuum, and microfiber cloths.
- Declutter and Remove Personal Items: Clear out all personal belongings from the premises to ensure a thorough cleaning can take place.
- Inspect the Property: Walk through each room to identify any specific areas that require extra attention or special cleaning.
During Service
- Dust All Surfaces: Wipe down all surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, light fixtures, and window sills to remove dust and cobwebs.
- Clean Kitchen Appliances: Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of all kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Don’t forget to clean behind and under them if accessible.
- Bathrooms Deep Clean: Scrub and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including sinks, tubs, toilets, and tiles. Ensure mirrors are streak-free and all fixtures are polished.
Post-Service Verification
- Final Inspection of Each Room: Conduct a detailed walkthrough of each room to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed satisfactorily.
- Check for Missed Spots: Look for any areas that may have been overlooked during cleaning and touch them up as necessary.
- Dispose of Trash: Ensure that all trash has been removed from the property and that the bins are cleaned if necessary.

- Property Condition Standards: Check local regulations regarding property condition upon moving out to ensure compliance.
- Disposal Regulations: Be aware of local guidelines for disposing of hazardous materials, such as old paint or cleaning products.
