Pre-Service Preparation

• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies (multi-surface cleaner, glass cleaner, disinfectant, microfiber cloths, mop, vacuum, etc.)
• Schedule a time for cleaning that allows for adequate time before moving out.
• Notify your landlord/real estate agent of your move-out cleaning plans to avoid any conflicts.

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, and window sills.
• Clean all appliances inside and out (oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.).
• Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop all hard floor surfaces thoroughly.

Post-Service Verification

• Inspect all rooms to ensure no spots were missed, including corners and behind furniture.
• Check all appliances to confirm they are clean and in good working order.
• Ensure that all trash and personal belongings have been removed from the property.

Local Requirements

• Check if a professional cleaning receipt is required for your security deposit return.
• Adhere to any specific cleaning guidelines set by your landlord or property management.
• Confirm if there are local disposal regulations for unwanted items or hazardous materials.
