Pre-Service Preparation

• Conduct a walkthrough of the area to be cleaned, noting any specific concerns or high-traffic areas.
• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g., vacuums, mops, cleaning solutions).
• Ensure that all clients’ personal belongings are safely stored or relocated as needed before cleaning begins.

During Service

• Dust all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and baseboards.
• Deep clean carpets and upholstery using appropriate cleaning methods (steam cleaning or shampooing).
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, and countertops, using disinfectants.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure all areas meet their expectations.
• Review the cleaning checklist with the team to ensure all tasks were completed.
• Collect feedback from the client and discuss any areas for improvement or future services.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations regarding cleaning products.
• Obtain necessary permits if required for specific cleaning services (e.g., hazardous material handling).
• Follow local waste disposal guidelines for cleaning materials and hazardous waste.
