Pre-Service Preparation

• Assess the scene remotely, if possible, to understand the scope of the cleanup.
• Gather necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, masks, and biohazard suits.
• Prepare specialized cleaning agents and equipment for biohazard removal (e.g., disinfectants, absorbent materials, and medical waste disposal bags).

During Service

• Ensure the area is secured and that all personnel are wearing appropriate PPE before entering.
• Carefully document the scene with photographs, noting any areas of significant concern.
• Remove all biohazardous materials, including blood, bodily fluids, and any contaminated materials (e.g., carpet, furniture) following proper disposal protocols.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a thorough walkthrough of the area to ensure all biohazard materials have been removed and properly disposed of.
• Perform air quality testing, if necessary, to ensure no harmful pathogens remain.
• Provide a detailed report to the property owner or relevant parties, including documentation of the cleanup process and any recommendations for further action.
