During Service

• Secure the area to prevent unauthorized access during cleanup.
• Remove all biohazardous materials, ensuring proper disposal according to local regulations.
• Clean and disinfect all surfaces, paying special attention to high-touch areas and any blood or bodily fluid stains.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a thorough inspection of the cleaned area to ensure no biohazard materials remain.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and waste have been removed from the site.
• Document the cleanup process, including before and after photos, and any materials disposed of.

Local Requirements

• Compliance with local health and safety regulations regarding biohazard cleanup.
• Adherence to state laws concerning the disposal of biohazardous waste.
• Notification procedures for local authorities if required by law following a death scene cleanup.
