Pre-Service Preparation

• Assess the property for hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead paint).
• Obtain necessary permits or approvals from local authorities.
• Create a detailed inventory list of items to be removed or retained.

During Service

• Ensure safety measures are in place (PPE, signage, etc.).
• Remove all unwanted items according to the inventory list.
• Sort items into categories: recyclable, salvageable, and waste.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walk-through to ensure all areas have been cleaned out.
• Verify that all items have been disposed of or recycled properly.
• Submit a final report, including before-and-after photos, to the property owner.

Local Requirements

• Obtain a waste disposal certificate from the local waste management authority.
• Comply with local zoning regulations regarding property cleanouts.
• Notify local utilities before removing any appliances or fixtures.
