During Service

• Ensure proper handling and disposal of any hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, electronics).

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas have been cleaned out as per the agreement.
• Verify that all items for donation, recycling, and disposal have been appropriately handled.
• Document the condition of the property post-cleanout, including before-and-after photos if necessary.

• Obtain any necessary permits from local authorities for waste removal.
