Pre-Service Preparation

• Inspect the property for hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, etc.)
• Obtain necessary permits and permissions for cleanout
• Notify tenants or occupants of the cleanout schedule

During Service

• Remove all furniture and equipment from the property
• Sort items into categories: keep, donate, recycle, and dispose
• Clean all areas including floors, walls, and fixtures

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all items are removed
• Verify that all areas are cleaned and free of debris
• Provide the client with a detailed report and any necessary documentation

Local Requirements

• Compliance with local waste disposal regulations
• Adherence to environmental guidelines for hazardous materials
• Notification of local authorities if required for large cleanouts
