Pre-Service Preparation
- Inspect the property for hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, etc.)
- Obtain necessary permits and permissions for cleanout
- Notify tenants or occupants of the cleanout schedule
During Service
- Remove all furniture and equipment from the property
- Sort items into categories: keep, donate, recycle, and dispose
- Clean all areas including floors, walls, and fixtures
Post-Service Verification
- Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all items are removed
- Verify that all areas are cleaned and free of debris
- Provide the client with a detailed report and any necessary documentation
