Pre-Service Preparation

• Conduct a walkthrough of the property to assess the condition and identify areas requiring special attention.
• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including but not limited to vacuums, mops, brooms, disinfectants, and trash bags.
• Ensure all safety gear is available for the cleaning team, such as gloves, masks, and goggles.

During Service

• Remove all debris and trash from the property, including inside and outside areas.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and appliances.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and bathroom sanitation.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas have been cleaned to satisfaction.
• Document any damages or issues found during the cleaning process for reporting to the bank.
• Take before-and-after photos of key areas to provide visual evidence of the cleaning service.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations for hazardous materials.
• Verify that all cleaning products used meet local environmental standards.
• Check if any permits are required for cleaning services in bank-owned properties.
