Pre-Service Preparation

• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including but not limited to: vacuums, mops, brooms, disinfectants, and protective gear.
• Obtain any required permits or permissions for cleaning, especially if the property has been vacant for an extended period.

During Service

• Remove all trash and debris from the property, including inside and outside areas.
• Clean all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning products.
• Address any mold or mildew issues, ensuring proper ventilation and safety measures are in place during treatment.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas have been cleaned to standard and that no items were overlooked.
• Document the condition of the property with before-and-after photographs for records.
• Provide a detailed report on the cleaning services performed, including any repairs needed or recommendations for further maintenance.

Local Requirements

• Compliance with local health and safety regulations regarding cleaning hazardous materials.
• Adherence to any specific property management guidelines set forth by the bank or local authorities.
• Notification to local waste management services regarding the disposal of hazardous or oversized waste items.
