Pre-Service Preparation

- Obtain any required permits or permissions for cleaning, especially if the property has been vacant for an extended period.
During Service
- Remove all trash and debris from the property, including inside and outside areas.
- Clean all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning products.
- Address any mold or mildew issues, ensuring proper ventilation and safety measures are in place during treatment.
Post-Service Verification
- Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas have been cleaned to standard and that no items were overlooked.
- Document the condition of the property with before-and-after photographs for records.
- Provide a detailed report on the cleaning services performed, including any repairs needed or recommendations for further maintenance.
