Pre-Service Preparation

During Service

• Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and appliances in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Perform deep cleaning of carpets, floors, and windows to ensure the property is presentable for potential buyers or tenants.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final inspection to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed to satisfaction.
• Document before-and-after photos to provide evidence of the cleaning process for the bank's records.
• Prepare a detailed report outlining the cleaning tasks performed and any issues or recommendations for further maintenance.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations regarding waste disposal and cleaning chemicals.
• Verify that all cleaning personnel have completed necessary background checks and training for working in bank-owned properties.
