Pre-Service Preparation

During Service

• Inspect and clean appliances, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed satisfactorily.
• Take before-and-after photographs to document the condition of the property.
• Prepare and submit a detailed cleaning report to the bank, outlining the services performed and any issues discovered.

• Adhere to local waste disposal regulations for hazardous materials.
• Ensure compliance with any city or county health and safety codes.
• Obtain approval from the local housing authority if the property is subject to specific guidelines.
