Pre-Service Preparation

• Confirm the appointment date and time with the customer.
• Verify the type and condition of appliances to be removed.
• Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are packed (dollies, straps, etc.).

During Service

• Disconnect power and water supply to the appliances safely.
• Carefully remove the appliances from their locations.
• Load the appliances onto the removal vehicle securely.

Post-Service Verification

• Check the area for any leftover debris or items left behind.
• Ensure all appliances are loaded correctly and securely in the vehicle.
• Confirm with the customer that the service was satisfactory.

• Check for any local disposal regulations for appliances.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous material handling if applicable.
• Verify if permits are needed for appliance removal in certain areas.
